  • Overview

    The Program Manager (PM) serves as the main point of contact with the customer and is responsible for the successful cost, schedule, and performance of the contract.


    The selected candidate directly contributes to program efforts in several areas, including cost management/avoidance, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities. The PM ensures proper performance of tasks necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution of the contract.

    • Act as the central focal point and authority for execution of the project
    • Ensure project and product requirements are established and manage changes
    • Comprehend, communicate, and manage product & project priorities
    • Motivate and communicate clear & timely direction to the team
    • Identify and manage project resources and/or organizational conflicts
    • Comprehend and improve relevant project development processes and ensure adherence
    • Maintain objectivity and composure under pressure
    • Perform variance analyses of schedule and cost on a formal and informal basis and present them to senior management (i.e. earned value management system)
    • Serve as the primary interface with the customer on all matters involving contract execution
    • Assure that conduct of contract requirements is executed in accordance with appropriate regulations and Company policies and procedures (i.e.: federal acquisition regulations)
    • Provide leadership to team. Assures communication and cooperation among team members and resolves areas of conflict



    • Must possess an active Top Secret Security Clearance with Polygraph (TS/SCI + Poly)
    • U.S. citizenship REQUIRED
    • Ten (10) years of experience as a program or project manager in managing programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
    • Eight (8) or more years of NSA SIGNINT experience with a minimum of three(3) within the last five (5) years
    • Two (2) years of experience managing a customer service team within the last five(5) years and working directly with customers
    • Two (2) years or more experience working with NSA/CSS SIGINT Product Lines.
    • Knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)DOD 5000 series and Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 801 policies
    • PMP certification, FAC-P/PM Entry Level certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce (Preferred)
