    LG- TEK is growing and there is an increased need for Access Control Specialists.  The Access Control Specialist will provide access control services, communications dispatch services, and construction surveillance services at NSA controlled areas.

     

    TS/SCI + Poly Preferred

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct random inspections.
    • Maintain and control access to customer's facilities.
    • Operate access control devices; metal detector, turn stiles and x-ray equipment.
    • Proficient with GFE Radio.
    • Compliant with customer's rules and regulations.
    • Proficient in reporting processes and procedures.
    • Maintain a high level of integrity and punctuality.
    • Provide outstanding customer service at all times.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 18 years of age.
    • U.S. citizenship REQUIRED.
    • H.S. Diploma or GED.
    • Read, speak and understand English language fluently.
    • Prepare detailed written reports and complete forms.
    • Impeccable customer service skills.
    • Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (which may include criminal, credit and driving record checks).
    • Must be able to pass all training.
    • Must obtain required certifications.
    • Successfully complete a security screening interview.
    • Must meet client suitability.
    • Must be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance with polygraph (TS/SCI + Poly).
