Access Control Specialist (ACS)

Work Status: Full-Time

Job Description: Duties include conducting random inspections, maintaining and controlling access to customer's facilities, operate access control devices, metal detection equipment, turn stiles, x-ray equipment, possess proficiency with and protocol of GFE Radio, monitor compliance with customer's rules and regulations, possess proficiency in all required reporting processes and procedures, and maintain a high level of integrity, punctuality and customer service at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age;
• U.S. Citizenship;
• H.S. Diploma or GED;
• Read, speak and understand English language fluently;
• Prepare detailed written reports and fill out forms;
• Impeccable customer service skills;
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing;
• Current Top Secret level security clearance preferred.
• Must be able to pass all training and obtain required certifications;
• Successfully complete a security screening interview;
• Successfully pass an employment physical;
• Successfully pass criminal, credit and driving record checks;
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance and required polygraph;
• Must meet client suitability.
