    Provides the technical and intelligence analysis services to support the cryptologic process by processing Request for Information (RFI’s) and Request for Technical Assistance (RTA’s) that facilitate the exchange of intelligence information between the Customer, the Intelligence Community, and Second Party Partners.

    • Determines and implements optimum dissemination capabilities in support of military operational requirements. Providing policy guidance, oversight, and feedback on end product reporting site-wide including subordinate commands.
    • Oversees all post-publication processing and serves as the Information Needs (IN) and RFI and RTA management office for the Fort Gordon Customer; providing the technical and intelligence analysis services to support the cryptologic process across multiple agencies.
    • Triage RFI’s/RTA’s by priority as outlined and meets Office of the Director National Intelligence (ODNI) mandated response times.
    • Performs research on designated databases and open sources in response to RFI’s.Compile specialized reports and queries, provide results in designated formats, and create and present briefings for RFI’s/RTA’s as needed.
    • Review RFI’s/RTA’s products against defined criteria as candidates for potential dissemination, ensure accuracy and quality control of data and reports, and ensure that all policies, procedures, and protocols are adhered to.
    • Conduct long-term analysis of RFI’s/ RTA’s which may be required to meet specific intelligence needs.
    • Receive, triage, track, document, update, respond to, and close out RFI’s/ RTA’s in the customer approved system (CSRP) including capturing metrics on RFI’s/RTA’s daily to provide for monthly, and quarterly reporting.
    • Identify and elevate RFI/RTA issues that require customer intervention to the COR-T and appropriate Subject Matter Expert (SME).
    • Validate precedencies upon receipt of requests.


    • Eight (8) years or more of combined experience as follows:
    • Six (6) or more years of SIGINT intelligence analysis experience with a minimum of three (3) years within the last five (5) years.
    • Two (2) years of Customer service experience within the last three (3) years working directly with customers.
    • At least one (1) year of experience working with SIGINT collection processes and procedures.
    • At least one (1) year of experience working with SIGINT Product Lines.
