LG- TEK is growing and there is an increased need for Sr. Global Workforce Operations Coordinators. The Sr. Global Workforce Operations Coordinator will act as liaison between Global HR Service Center, the Field Returnee Program Manager, and returning employees.

Host 10-12 Pre-Assignment Orientations per year - arrange for subject matter experts to present briefings and/or workshops on relevant topics
Host 12-20 Post-Assignment/Returnee Briefings as requested - arrange for subject matter experts to present briefings and/or workshops on relevant topics
Assist with planning and conducting approximately 4 Field Returnee Forums per year - arrange subject matter experts to present briefing on their organizations, contact returnees and invite them to sessions
Work with Field Returnee Program Manager to answer questions and/or concerns from the website and post relevant topics for discussion
Benchmark information from Ft Meade Family center for returnees
Provide relevant and timely information to field returnees on housing, quality of life issues/events for local area
Coordinate with Field Sites to ensure maximum participating for NSA field recruitment events, support external assignment marketing activities by editing and evaluating materials.
Schedule and facilitate 12-24 Transportation Management Office (TMO) briefing sessions with Ft Meade Transportation Office
Perform semi-annual reviews of entitlements and programs related to External Assignments. Develop surveys and compile data
Evaluate various websites to enhance information in relation to HR policies and regulations in relation to External Assignment services
Communicate with selected individuals, their supervisors, program managers, mission element POCs, and stakeholders to fully prepare and support personnel
Ensure External Assignment related informational/recruitment forums and activities are accurate
Act as liaison between Global HR Service Center, the Field Returnee Program Manager, and returning employees.
Assist returning employees with completing PCS travel vouchers
Hours – 6 am – 5 pm , Saturday work may be required 1 day per month
4 years of experience
Knowledge of field assignment process a plus
Experience in preparing briefings and presentations; scheduling appointments; preparing for training activities
Experience in Microsoft Office suite of products
Able to cope with a changing environment and short deadlines
Demonstrated experience in planning and leading briefings
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) membership a plus
