As a Mission Manager Senior Mentor on our team, you will use your expertise and experience to help your organization to generate intelligence for reporting and further target planning. You will be responsible to provide on-site real-time mentoring support, input into JQS standards and monitoring and tracking performance, and maintaining training logs in order to produce detail training reports. You will also develop working aids, course curriculum and training references, and will provide instruction support through platform training. be part of a team that will build SIGINT products that will help tactical and strategic leaders to make vital national security decisions. Your expertise, in addition to your ability to collaborate with a diverse workforce, will create an operational environment to develop better warfighting concepts. Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in supporting ISR operations within the last 7 years
• Current instructor certificate in one or more technologies
• Experience or current certificate as an on-shift mission manager
• Ability to show proficiency and support to specific SIGINT operations
• TS/SCI clearance with a Counter Intelligence polygraph with ability to pass Full Scope polygraph
• HS diploma or GED
