- Implements and oversees quality control and quality control plans on contract within contract specifications and applicable industry standards.
- Responsible for generating and maintaining inspection procedures and standards on contract.
- Provides mechanical engineering expertise. Analyzes complex systems, hardware, and architecture to resolve operational issues. Performs engineering calculations, performs Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CADD), drafts project specifications, prepares technical reports, prepares design estimates, and manages configuration control.

- Manages and/or performs non-routine disassembly, preparation, overhaul, repair, reassembly, testing, or fabrication and assembly of complex electro-mechanical equipment on a jobbing basis, requiring moderate electromechanical skill and ability.

- Perform a variety of logistical duties, including but not limited to: receiving; invoicing and storing Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and vendor supplied equipment and parts; preparing 1149 shipping documentation; using established shipping procedures and methods; managing the Government parts recycling program; organizing and maintaining warehouse storage areas; and utilizing a computerized inventory system.
