Clearance Requirements: Top Secret Security Clearance with Polygraph (TS/SCI + poly)
- Manages and/or performs non-routine disassembly, preparation, overhaul, repair, reassembly, testing, or fabrication and assembly of complex electro-mechanical equipment on a jobbing basis, requiring moderate electromechanical skill and ability.
- Performs antenna and material testing to meet requirements.
- Verifies the proper performance of related test equipment and documents test results.
- Responsible for providing expert knowledge and insight into specific areas of science and technology.
- Guides the development and application of this knowledge to the project. Independently performs a variety of system design and integration tasks where subject matter expertise is required.

- The Logistician shall order, receive, and inventory parts, components, supplies and equipment.
- The Logistician shall also pack and ship classified and unclassified items (as specified under each TTO).
- The Logistician shall maintain accurate accountability records for classified and unclassified Government Furnished Equipment and Material.
- The Machinist shall manufacture mechanical prototypes and engineering models from sketches and conversations with Engineers and Technicians.
- The machinist shall work in various materials to include metal, wood, plastics, nylon, composites, and others.
- The Machinist shall work with little or no direction from engineers.
- The Technician shall be skilled in construction, assembly, fabrication, and test, of electric, electronic, and mechanical prototypes and products.
- Design, develop, test, and manufacture RF antenna systems.
- Evaluate engineering progress, developments, and findings to assure technical adequacy to meet operational demands and conformance to requirements.
- Perform a variety of logistical duties, including but not limited to: receiving; invoicing and storing Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and vendor supplied equipment and parts; preparing 1149 shipping documentation; using established shipping procedures and methods; managing the Government parts recycling program; organizing and maintaining warehouse storage areas; and utilizing a computerized inventory system.
- The Technician shall be skilled in construction, assembly, fabrication, and test, of electric, electronic, and mechanical prototypes and products.
- Coordinates and manages resources of functional support section insuring area meets contract deliverables with regards to quality, scheduling, and cost.
- The Technician shall be skilled in construction, assembly, fabrication, and test, of electric, electronic, and mechanical prototypes and products.
- Performs as a competent specialist, consultant, or advisor on assignment requiring advanced application of technical engineering principles relative to one or more engineering fields.
- Performs antenna design, modification, and testing to help meet antenna related requirements.
- Documents and communicates antenna related performances and potential improvements.
- Oversees personnel and resources associated with supporting antenna testing requirements under the contract.
- Prepare and revise engineering drawings, schematics, logic diagrams and block diagrams.

LG- TEK is growing and there is an increased need for Guards-1Bs. The Guard-1B will monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons at the Herndon location.
